When will I receive my order?
For all orders processed before 12pm we aim to deliver your goods the next working day, allow up to 3 working days for your delivery. Deliveries will be between 8am and 5pm. From time to time products may be temporarily out of stock, you will be advised on your delivery note if this is the case. As soon as the goods are receipted in our warehouse we dispatch them out to you.

Where do you deliver to?
We have our own network of vans which deliver daily throughout the North Wet - Lancashire, Cumbria, Manchester, Liverpool and Cheshire. We also work with DPD and TNT to meet deliveries that extend past our own delivery network throughout the UK.
Can I collect my order?
Yes! We offer a free Click and Collect service for those who wish to collect their order, free of charge, from our distribution centre in Blackpool. Click and Collect orders can be ready within 1 hour, pending availability of stock. Please ensure you call 01253 767650 to check stock availability on your order and book your collection slot.
How do I get a free Trade Account and access 30 days free credit?
To create a trade account is simple, head over to our online Trade Account Application Form to process your application. Once submitted our accounts team will review your application and endeavour to set your account up within 1 working day. For any queries on your application or your trade account, please contact our accounts team at accounts@duckworthonline.co.uk.
I am a regular customer and would like a more personalised service.
At The Duckworth Group we value our customers, all of our Trade Account customers have access to their own Account Manager who is available to support you with your hygiene requirements. Our Account Managers are trained industry professionals who can help you find the right solution for you and your business. If you are a Trade Account customer and should you wish to see your dedicated Account Manager call 01253 767650 or email sales@duckworthgroup.co.uk to arrange a meeting.
Do you have all of your products online?
No! We stock over 3000 products at our Distribution Centre in Blackpool, at this moment in time we have around 1/3rd of our products available online. Rest assured that the products currently available online are our best selling products. Should there be something else you require that is not listed on www.duckworthgroup.co.uk, just contact us. Our customer service team will happily help you with your search for your additional requirements and add to your existing order.
