Duckworth Group Delivery & Returns


At Duckworth we use a combination of our own delivery driver network and couriers.  The Duckworth Delivery Network covers the North West of the UK (postcodes detailed below) and we are partnered with DPD, TNT, and Palletforce, to deliver throughout the rest of the UK (additional charges apply for Highlands and Islands).
 

Tariffs

All Standard Delivery Orders over £75.00 (ex VAT) are free of charge throughout the Duckworth Delivery Network and mainland UK (excluding highlands & islands).

Delivery Details  

  • Standard delivery is 1-3 working days.

  • Express next day delivery is available should you require your goods guaranteed the next day.

  • Order before 12 pm for next-day delivery.

  • Click and collect is available, free of charge, from our Distribution Centre in Blackpool, Lancashire, FY4 4QJ.  Please allow 3 hours before collecting your order.

  • Standard delivery over £75.00 (ex VAT) will be dispatched free of charge.

  • Weekend deliveries can be arranged, subject to an additional cost, please contact the customer services team for more information.

  • Should an item be out of stock, this will be highlighted on your delivery note.  Subject to stock availability, the back order item will be dispatched along with your next delivery.

  • For deliveries to the Highlands and Islands, a quotation will come through to our customer service team who will contact you with the transport costs.

Duckworth Delivery Network

  • The Duckworth Delivery Network covers the North West of England and the following postcode areas:  FY, PR, BB, LA, L (Liverpool city area), M (Manchester), BL, OL, SK, WA, and WN.

  • Our drivers are currently adhering to social distancing with contactless deliveries.

  • If you are using the Duckworth Delivery Network and there are days and/or times that do not suit you for delivery, or there may be a safe place you would like your order delivered, please contact the customer services team upon order placement who will assist you with your requirements.

  • Should you miss your delivery, your order will come back to our depot and be dispatched again on the next available day we are in your area. 

  • Deliveries will be between the hours of 8 am and 5 pm.

​​​Returns / Cancellations

  • Please contact the customer services team should you require a return.

  • Customers are entitled to a refund, exchange, or replacement within 30 days providing the items are unused, re-saleable and in their original packaging.

  • A partial refund will be applicable for items that have been opened, soiled, or partially used.

  • For items that are classed as un-saleable, the customer will be liable for the return costs.

  • Restocking fees may apply.

  • The carriage cost of the return may be covered in part or in full at Duckworth's discretion.

  • If you fall within our Duckworth Delivery Network, you can arrange for our drivers to collect your return free of charge.

  • Any faulty products or missing items must be reported to our customer service team within 24 hours of delivery.

  • If you would like to cancel your order, please let our customer service team know within 24 hours of order placement.
